I like the idea of a swap, but I'd just trade Florida's Republicans for Ukraine's pro democracy citizens. DeSantis would make a good Russian-puppet President. Seriously, though, Putin could settle this quickly and easily by stepping down, giving the Russian people 90% of his ill-gotten billions, and championing actual democratic elections. Then Russia could apply for NATO membership, or NATO could just disband, no longer being necessary.
