Maintaining a Sense of Humor in These Strange and Mournful Days

Be patient. Hold it. We’ll get our turn.

Donald Trump narrowly won the Presidency last November.

He didn’t get quite 50% of the popular vote.

He earned the right to make some changes, but he doesn’t have mandate, much less let a right, to pillage and rape a system of government that has lasted more than 200 years and still works pretty well.

And he definitely does not have the right to piss on the tens of millions of Americans who did not vote for him.

He should remember that what goes around come around.

Like the man and woman in the sign I photographed today, we’re holding it for now, but he’ll eventually find himself on the other end of the stream.
